Refund Policy

At iBirds Digital, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services tailored to your business needs. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of our work, certain conditions apply to refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled.

1. General Refund Policy

iBirds Digital offers customized digital marketing services, and results depend on a variety of factors. Refunds will only be granted under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy. Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully or partially delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If a service was paid for but was not initiated or delivered within the agreed-upon timeline, you may request a refund.
  • Incomplete Services: If a service has been partially completed but you no longer wish to proceed, a partial refund may be offered, depending on the scope of work completed.
  • Non-Compliance with Agreed Terms: If iBirds Digital fails to adhere to the terms outlined in the service agreement, a refund or service credit may be considered.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that a refund request must be made within 30 days of the initial payment for consideration.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Services: SEO results take time and are influenced by various factors, including industry competition, Google algorithms, and external market conditions. As a result, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or outcomes, and SEO service fees are non-refundable.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Management: PPC campaigns are customized and tailored to client needs. Once a campaign is launched, no refunds will be issued for PPC management fees or ad spend. However, unused ad budgets can be credited back to the client, subject to terms.
  • Content Creation & Marketing: Fees for content creation services, including blog writing, articles, and social media posts, are non-refundable once the work has commenced or has been delivered.
  • Link Building Services: Link-building involves outreach, content creation, and placement on third-party sites. Since the results are not entirely within our control, link-building fees are non-refundable.
  • Website Development: Custom website design and development work is non-refundable once the design and development phase has started or after delivery of the website.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their services under the following conditions:

  • Project-Based Services: You may cancel your project-based services (e.g., web design, content marketing) at any time before the commencement of work. If the project has already started, a partial refund may be offered based on the work completed.
  • Ongoing Services: For subscription-based services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media management), cancellations must be made in writing 30 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered during the current billing cycle.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at sales@ibirdsdigital.com with your service details, payment receipt, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and determine eligibility for a refund based on the criteria outlined above.
  3. Decision: You will receive a response within 7 business days with our decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase. In cases where the original payment method is not available, alternative methods will be discussed and agreed upon.

6. Refund Exemptions

Refunds are not applicable in the following circumstances:

  • Delays caused by the client’s inability to provide required information, content, or approvals.
  • Results not meeting subjective client expectations (e.g., dissatisfaction with design or content).
  • Changes in Google algorithms or external factors that negatively affect digital marketing performance.
  • Failure of third-party service providers or platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads) that are beyond our control.

7. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds are not granted for change of mind or if you decide to discontinue the services once they have been initiated. Please carefully consider your service needs before making a purchase.

8. Termination of Services by iBirds Digital

iBirds Digital reserves the right to terminate any ongoing service agreement due to non-payment or breach of the terms outlined in our service agreement. In such cases, any fees paid up to the date of termination are non-refundable.

9. Changes to This Policy

iBirds Digital reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top. Continued use of our services after changes have been made will constitute acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.

10. Contact Information

iBirds Digital reserves the right to terminate any ongoing service agreement due to non-payment or breach of the terms outlined in our service agreement. In such cases, any fees paid up to the date of termination are non-refundable.
